Cooler Master V8 and Ram Fans touching- Bad??

I just got done building (minus ram... grr stupid newegg 3 days my butt!) and I have a Cooler Master V8 and the Corsair Dominator Ram fans. Well, this V8 is so large that it sort of covers the ram area. I can squeeze the Corsair fans on (not sturdy fit mind you), but the Corsair and the V8 touch metal to metal. Will this cause issues? Should I ditch the memory fans? Please see picture

    It won't cause issues.

On another note, the adjustment for the ram cooler is all the way in the wrong direction holding it tilted. being tilted its possible it might pull the stick of ram out after a few hundred hours of vibrating. It should stand strait up and down.

Edit: oh yea it locks onto the tabs that hold the ram in, nevermind ..... it will be fine.

Even though they're touching, the heatsinks don't conduct.

    So you're fine.
