Scenario: Customer Orders on the 13th after order process cutoff, slated for 1-2 day order processing, and 3-5 day shipping.
Day 1: Order processes on Oct 14 2009. UPS/Fed-Ex pick up package at 5:00pm.
Day 2: First Shipping Day, 15 Oct 2009.
Day 3: Second Shipping Day, 16 Oct 2009.
Day 4/5: Weekend, packages do not move, Non-Shipping Days 17/18 Oct 2009.
Day 6: Third Shipping Day, 19 Oct 2009.
Day 7: Fourth Shipping Day, 20 Oct 2009. Package arrives 1 Day Early (3-5 Day shipping means 3-5 SHIPPING DAYS).
System is functioning as normal.
If you think shipping "took too long", call Newegg Customer Service to
make sure you are eligible for a shipping refund. (If shipping was
free, I'll pay you $0.00 out of my own pocket!)
If you think you can post inflammatory complaints on a public internet forum and not get called "clueless" by other customers who have a better idea how things work, then DON'T COMPLAIN IN AN INFLAMMATORY MANNER on public internet forums. Folks who are NOT STAFF OR EMPLOYEES post here, and if you want a polite reponse, make a polite post. Blaming other users for Newegg Inc customer service issues is... useless. We don't work for them (unless we have a staff/employee badge).
