Has anybody here shipped anything to the NWT. I have tried twice now but each time it tell me my address dosen't exist and they can't create a shipping label. My address is correct, I use this address to get shipments all over the world. I also know UPS ships to this address because I have used them plenty in the past. So what gives.

I would PM either one of these two they work for Newegg and are great people. They more then likely can see why your address is not listed on the server.

The escalation team at NewEgg has looked into this for me and apparently NewEgg.ca can't currently ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut. This is a bit frustrating because their website allows you to select and create an order for any three of these places. The escalation team informed me that they are going to recommend that the website changed to reflect this problem until they can offer shipping to these areas.

Sorry about the frustration, and thanks for working with CS on this one. This does seem like a system change will be required to remove that option from checkout.

On a more positive note (and I hope I don't get in any trouble for divulging this), Newegg does plan to open our own warehouse within Canada in the near future. I cannot disclose details at this time, but hopefully this would allow us to improve transit times and ship to a wider range of locations. We'll definitely keep you all posted on the progress as events warrant...  Again, please note that this information is preliminary and subject to change!

Well at least you know why now. Sorry to hear that they cannot send product to you at all as for now. But like Wyld said there might be a warehouse in the near future.Best of luck to you.
