I just received the Samsung T220HD today, and it works amazingly well!  I'm extremely pleased with it!  But one of the things I was most looking forward to about having a Monitor/HDTV is being capable of recording TV and watching TV via Windows Media Center.  Now, I have a TV signal via just the regular HDTV - it works great!  But when I'm on my PC and I go to Windows Media Center, it doesn't find any tuner.  I have no idea why.  Obviously, I have one, but is there some sort of cord that I haven't connected?  I have my DVI cable, Power cable, and Antenna cable all connected.

What is the problem?  Have other individuals had this issue?

Windows Media Center is not seeing your TV tunder card, correct?

You can use the tuner card in Windows, but not Windows Media Center, correct?

1.  Have you updated the drivers for the TV card?

2.  Have you tried uninstalling / removing the TV tuner card and use it in a diferent slot on the mother board?

3.  What is the make and model of the TV Tuner card?  Have you read that company FAQ from thier site?

Please list the specs of your PC, i.e. make and Model or the parts inside: Motherboard, Video Card, etc.

There is no TV tuner card involved here. The monitor itself has a built-in digital tuner, and I'm assuming since the signal isn't plugged into the computer Windows Media Center has no way of taking advantage of it. I have the same monitor and the same problem--I believe the only solution is buying an actual tuner that plugs into the computer.
