    Nice offer.

What's a 2980?  And I've never seen an 80 port non chassis switch in their line up.

Also, you should consider upgrading that PIX 520 to the latest PIX OS version.  Version 8 is leaps and bounds better than the version 6 you are running.

Re: Does anyone need Help with Networking? Cisco ?

Sorry it took so long for me to reply my account was frozen, anyways the PIX 520 does not support PIX 8 IOS. I have the latest compatible version of Cisco PIX IOS.

As for the 2980 question it is a basic 80 port switch they were most popular in the early 2000 era. LOL. It runs pretty good more then sufficiant for my needs but I got a great deal on it. The specs are 80 10/100 ports 2 GBIC's layer 2 switching, and to sum it up it is a great switch it is fast however it does produce a lot of heat and it does absorb some amount of power for a non-PoE switch.  Here to make it easier I got a link from cisco you can read up on it if you like. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps606/products_data_sheet09186a0080092688.html

    Thanks
