    Upgrade my MircoATX motherboard

Hello, I'm currently looking into upgrading my desktop and I have a few questions. So first off, let me show you the motherboard I'm planning to get. It's the ASRock A790GMH/128M. Now I'm new to the ATI family and I have always been a Nvidia guy for a long time. I was looking at the ATI Hybrid Crossfire with the motherboard and really liked the idea. So one of my questions is about the crossfire and what would be the best ATI video card that I can get and link the motherboard and video card together? Now since I have a microATX motherboard I can't fit a monster video card like the Radeon HD 4890 but I would like to get the best video card that I can that will fit and work with the ATI Hybrid Crossfire. So I did some looking and here's what I found.

    Sapphire Radeon HD 4770

So with this video card, it will fit in my computer case but the big question is with the support on the ATI Hybrid Crossfire. Can anyone help me with picking out the right video card?

Here are the other parts I plan use with the new motherboard. So please let me know what you think. Another question I have would be the power supply. What would be the best and cheapest power supply that would work?

    G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) 240-Pin DDR2

    AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz

Yes that video card will work.

    Yes that memory will work.

Yes that CPU will work, might need a BIOS update.

    Re: Upgrade my MircoATX motherboard

That's good news. So I would be able to use the ATI Hybrid Crossfire with the motherboard and that video card?

    Thanks for the info.

    Re: Upgrade my MircoATX motherboard

Hybrid Xfire only works with the 2400's and 3400's, not the 4770.

I have a 4770 right now, and it will play COD4 @1600x1200 on medium high, to high detail quite well.

Why are you hoping to use Hybrid Xfire? it's only truely meant as a extra boost to budget systems if you want some extra FPS on medium resolution games... maybe up to 1280x1024...or an extra boost for playing high def video on big screens and such.

    650w corsair
    4770 radeon
