I'm also looking forward to this game. The fast paced guerrilla style fighting and the fully destructable environment = awesome.

I just hope the gameplay and story are as inviting as its graphics.

I'm still undecided on this one.  They removed the destructable terrain for more "realistic" building destruction and decided to go with a third-person perspective over the first-person.  It just looks and sounds way too different as far as game play and timeline goes.  Heck, the only things you can really relate back to the original Red Faction are the monuments for Eos and Parker.  Guess I'm hoping for a game that'll never come back.  Tongue Tied

I just got the PC version of this on Steam, and I am liking it so far. The performance isn't as good as I had hoped it would be; gets kinda choppy in spots. Sounds like they didn't spend a ton of time optimizing the PC version. Unless you've got an uber PC, I'd suggest either the 360 or PS3 version...it sounds like those run much better.

My PC's not state of the art any more, but it's not total c**p either. Intel Q9550, GTX 260, 6GB RAM, Asus P5K, etc.....
