I'm surprised Amazon is above Newegg (though they do often have great support) because I remember one time they treated a guy like c**p and he broadcast it on his radio program, which then they offered apologies and helped him. Even if that's "rare" doesn't mean it is not happening, it just means people are not raising hell about it, like they should. Too many people in our society are submissive beyond belief...

I have been with NewEgg for many years, long before EggXpert. They were always quick to take care of any problem I had.

This is #one for me..... I am sure they will keep climbing up!

Newegg is it, can't say enough about the company, but I don't refer them too much around my parts, b/c they are mine!! *evil grin* I suggest to any of my clients I can beat performance for price, and usually do. It's them NE deals, and combos, and rebates, etc. etc. etc. That's my little secret.

But most important, to me, on top of this, they have always always treated me right. With respect and helpfulness I have experienced from no other.

It's a shame some folks have shipping problems at times, but I have yet too. Which impresses me even more, living in the boonies.

The rank is well deserved, I'm surprised it isn;t higher, and just have to say, keep up the great work.
