    On WEB site newegg in specification - Expansion Slots PCI Express 2.0X16,but MSI manual,when I received mobo PCI Express  X16

    I would like to know this motherboard really support PCI Express 2.0 X16 or not ,

    because planning purchase E-VGA video card 512-P3-N975-AR 9800GT,Supported PCI Express 2.0.

    If you looked in the video section, you would see a sticky that says that PCIe 16 and PCIe 2.0 are fully compatible    forewards and backwards.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH !!      BUT IF I HAVE VIDEO CARD WITH 2.0X16,       MOBO X16 MAYBE CUT SOME BENEFIT'S AND DECREASE SYSTEM SPEED  IN TOTAL ???!

    About 7-15% depending on the video card.

    Looking at the main board on MSI's site it is in fact a PCIe 2.0 slot.

    There probably just to cheep to update the owners manual after updating the board.
