Id like some feed back on a cheap gaming machine I am making that can handle the better games out.

This build will cost just over $700 with taxes and shipping from newegg. I am not sure should I switch it to an intel or not. Also, is the power supply going to give enough power? I am not a huge audiophile so I just plan on using integrated audio to save money. Any and all comments will be helpful. Thanks.

yep, 790GX is nice but you have a decent HD4850, so maybe you could use a 790FX mobo like this MSI 

But 790GX is still a nice choice. Q9950 is really a great bang for bucks. i think the 120W Q9950BE will be available soon, which i don't think they will make much difference. 

Had to make a list to make sure I got all the points, sorry if I sound a little rude.

1. I wouldn't use a Rosewill PSU anyday, horrible quality. Two places that should never never never never never never never never never EVER skimp on the quality is the PSU and the mother board. Here's one of higher quality for not that much more Antec True Power Trio 550 watts

2. Black Edition CPU's NEED an aftermarket cooler especially that one considering it's going to be running at 140 watts.

3. You have no dvd rom/burner, so are you planning on recycling the ones you had in a previous system?

4.  No OS listed in the list but you have vista listed in the specs so are you just going to reinstall on that this machine?

5. Need a monitor to do all the initial installs, yes you can use a TV as a display, but only after you installed all the video drivers and did all the proper legwork in the Catlyst Control Panel.

6. I like Asus motherboards haven't had an a single issue with the three that I had used so good luck to you.
