    Choosing a DDR3 motherboard

I'm in the process of figuring out what my next build will be. I still want to use my QX6850 CPU and I'd like it to be able to run CrossfireX but deciding on a DDR3 board has me stuck I've narrowed it down to these three choices...

    GIGABYTE GA-X48T-DQ6 LGA 775 DDR3 Intel X48 ATX

ASUS MAXIMUS EXTREME LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX

DFI LANPARTY UT X48-T3R LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX

I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte board but I'm open to other possibilities....which would you choose or are already using?

I usually prefer X38 ones...maximus extremes are pretty awesome.

However, DDR3 has not proven itself and is clock for clock has slower latencies than DDR2.

all these 3 mobos are almost the same. but the first one is good and the second one is not good cos this one should be better. with these mobos, say goodbye to ddr2.

personally, i like both asus and gigabyte mobos.

well, i'd also go with ASUS Maximus Extreme, IMO, it's relatively a better choice. as we see, ideal mainboards simply do not exist, but this one, ASUS Maximus Extreme, is said to get extremely close to this title. Groovy It comes remarkable accessories bundle, superb PCB layout, outstanding and rich features. Check its review here.
