U have lots of choices.

Navarre Webroot Spy Sweeper and it goes well as a three-way combination with Spybot and Lavasoft.

Macafee Virus Scan and Anti Spyware claiming it can detect 100% of all spyware infection, and it can also shut down nearly 99% of spyware processes running in memory.

You can use combofix to get rid of spyware. Also for programs that display a fake anti-virus or alert messege on your deskyop you can use SmitFraudFix.
