I will be lurking these forums and answering whatever questions you guys might have about the company and our products.

Just out of curiosity, wouldn't it be easier to call up customer support? In all the time I've been on these forums, I've yet to see a single Razer related question. So would that mean that once a day you'll come here do a search for Razer, and if nothing comes up, you'll leave? If anyone has a question regarding Razer products, how quickly can they expect a response on these forums?

I am not really here so much for tech support rather I am just going to be jumping in on questions about the hardware and our products.

So in short, you are right, it would be eaiser and faster to call up customer support if you have a tech question. I am more here to hang out and if the topic happns to be Razer, I can be considered a wealth of knowledge. That or just PM me. I am just saying I am here if you need me and to show that our customers have a voice within the compnay.

Yup have fun here, EggXpert is a great forum, good place to be a part of.

Yay, I love love all the razor mice I have had.  (even though the really old one I had to give up to to mei smaller hands)

To be honest, I am here to hang out, answer questions, and see what the needs of the community are. I serve more as a voice of the community to Razer rather than a voice of Razer to the community (that is to say, I am not here to sell you anything). Let me know if you have any other questions.
