OK, here goes my ideas after chatting with GmsCool about it...
Current:Computer Building & Upgrades>Cooling
Computer Building & Upgrades>OverClocking
Computer Building & Upgrades>Video
Computer Building & Upgrades>CPU's/Processors
This doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense to me because if you are talking about 'Overclocking' or 'Cooling', you are already talking about a specific type of hardware (i.e Video Card or CPU). Therefore, if your a talking about a specific type of hardware then you should really be under that hardware's sub forum. 'Cooling' and 'Overclocking' seem out of place at the 'Hardware' level.
Option 1:
Computer Building & Upgrades>Video>Cooling
Computer Building & Upgrades>Video>OverClocking
Computer Building & Upgrades>CPU's/Processors>Cooling
Computer Building & Upgrades>CPU's/Processors>OverClocking
Here when you are talking about CPU Cooling, you in the CPU sub forum and when you are talking about Video Overclocking, you are under the Video sub forum. This seems like the most logical locations for them.
Option 2:
Computer Building & Upgrades>Video>Cooling/Overclocking
Computer Building & Upgrades>CPU's/Processors>Cooling/Overclocking
What are people primarily talking about when they are talking about Overclocking?... Cooling. Because Cooling and Overclocking are so intertwined maybe discussion about them should be in the same sub forum. This is not perfect because Cooling does occur outside the realm of Overclocking; but I still think it's an improvement over what exists currently.
