Memory Card Reader That Fits in Drive Bay Slot and

I don't know what its called... but I need a memory card reader that I can fit in my case like a CD Drive. I probably have the connections to hook it up... but I am not 100% sure, and I dont know what to look for in my computer. How do you typically hook one of those up? I have a power connection for it for sure, but how does it hook up to the motherboard or whatever?

I can open my computer and check for connections if I know what to look for.

I also want a video card, nothing fancy, but I want to hook up a second monitor, my current monitor is using the onboard video card so it would be nice to have dual ports. I use the uhh standard cords to hook up the monitor... umm I dont know what its called lol. I know I have atleast 1 PCI slot open, and maybe some other type of PCI ports open, I can check when I open up my computer.

I wouldn't suggest getting an internal card reader if you at all care about performance. (For CF & SD Cards, the absolute best reader is Sandisk Extreme USB Reader, without going too extreme in price) With that said, here's a card reader that will fit in the small slot (floppy drive type of slot) in the case. All that it needs is the following connector on your motherboard. If you have Front USB ports, then chances are, the cables from that are running to those pins on the motherboard, you might have an extra one. What's your motherboard model?

I somehow busted out and broke the front USB ports on my computer case, and I am now using all of the USB ports on the rear of my case. Actually it would be better if I could get some USB slots on the front of my case, and just get a USB Reader, if thats better performance wise.

If you're in need of USB ports, the following might do the trick.
