    Big Smile [:D] hi everyone !

    I'm new here, so hi !

     

    While I'm here, my uber-expensive Asus mobo has failed on me for the 2nd time. 1st time was RMA'ed. So, I think I may have to buy another mobo, no fault of newegg of course. I've contacted Newegg, since Asus told me I had to do this on their support website.

    I'd like to stick with a 790i chipset for SLI and avoid Asus. If Asus gives me justice, I may change my mind about Asus.  Any recommendations ?

    You could always try a XFX or EVGA 790i board but all High-end nVIDIA boards tend to be unstable just out of principle and for most people they we either work really well for you or not at all.

    I would suggest evga or gigibyte (I have a gigibyte board now and it is rock solid)

    Hello and welcome to the egg, evga and gigabyte get my vote also.Asus is kinda going back wards IMO At one time that was all I would buy Times change ,anyway glad you joined
