I've been running my computer on stock speeds for a few months now (dropping down when my case had less than adequate cooling), and
during that time I added a second fan. Well,
I finally got a new game and decided to overclock it again and now it's running two degrees cooler. WHAT? I'm stumped. I'm using CoreTemp to monitor temperatures and I'm running the processor on stock cooling. Seriously, I had my computer running at stock and it was averaging 40 on core 0, restarted, overclocked it and now it's running at about 38 on core 0.
