If it's in range and you have wirless networking, you can use a wirless
Print server to use it, I have my printer in the closet on one, completly out of the way, but there when I need it, many will even use scanners as well. Just make sure your printer/scanner is supported by them before you get whatever one your looking at. (you'll probably have to hard wire it to the network to set it up, then you can use it wirelessly anywere in range)
