just as the title says. I made an order on friday morning, around 10am EST

I already got one of the things I ordered. (case) got it on yesturday. I know newegg ships big items separately

but I would figure every thing would come on the same day since its all coming from the same wearhouse in NJ.

and the order it self has been sitting on step 3 since friday noon.

not really a big problem, but would be nice to get it before the 4th of july weekend

That is wired, the only things that I can think of is P.O. Box, which it does not sound like you have one because you got the case. or their waiting for something to package everything together. That’s just my thoughts.

Seemed u got two packages coz of the large order, but 4 days still on step 3, weird. Have u ever tried to make use of ur tracking number for more info? Or contact newegg cs?

Newegg, nor most carriers, do anything with orders on holidays or sundays (some the whole weekend). Every order is going to get frozen over that weekend on whatever step its at, its pretty much how online ordering works anywhere.  The only steps that will move are the automated steps such as confirming the order and your credit card.

4 days??? My order has been on step 3 for over a week!!!

I have no idea what the problem is, they won't tell what the problem is. It is a small order (psp game) which shouldn't take long because my other game which I ordered at the same time came a day early. 

 

Anybody know what I can do to solve the problem?
