Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Front Panel Question

I had a quick question about the Titanium Fatal1ty Pro from Creative. I was going to pick up a Fatal1ty Pro for my new system and I noticed that it is able to hook up to the front panel which I understand is new for Sound Blasters. It says it uses Intel HD compatible header but  It doesn't look like it comes with any cables to let you do this though? What will I need for that to work? Thanks.

Re: Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Front Panel Question

It should come with the cables, but are you talking about front panel as in the one from your case or a creative front panel. And if your talking about the creative one your wasting your money IMO. I bought the xfi elite and found the exteral thing to only be of use because I have a Z5500 setupid and I can hook my speakers up using the fiber optic and also plug my ps3 in using fiber optic so both my pc and ps3 can use my speakers. But with this it looks like you can do both without the front panel.

Re: Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Front Panel Question

I mean the front panel of my case not the Creative one (I don't think there is one for the Titanium). On the "what comes in the box" section on the card's web page it doesn't say it comes with any cables for hooking up to the front panel.

Re: Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Front Panel Question

If your case has a front panel built it im sure the cables are in the case. Usually they are grey and have black connectors on the end. You'll notive theyll say realtec, or hd audio something of that sort. The cables would connect onto the front end of the sound card if you at the picture of the sound card, or atelast they SHOULD. Front panel audio connectors are built into the case connections so look up inside your case where you power button connctor is coming from.
