I wrote my first blog entry while I was at work yesterday (you may keep your snide comments to yourself ).

Now I'm at home - I click on the "My Blog Control Panel" link under "Blogs" tab, and it tells me "No blogs are currently defined to administer. Please use the administration section to create groups and blogs."

Further, within one of the tabs (either "Dashboard" or "My Blogs") I remember a menu to the left which allowed me to edit certain options, post new blogs/pages, etc.  It's not showing up, and there doesn't seem to be any method by which I could post a new blog.

I'm using IE7 on XP.  Any idea what's up?

Er....both my IE and FF works fine with the blog. 

Hmm...log out, close the  browser, open it and log in again. Try it to see whether it helps. XD

As for the issue, my blog has been doing the same thing for months now. The way around it is to go to you last post and then from there click on "write new blog" from your blog's home page.
