Right now it's sitting at 35-37 1.38 Vcore

Stock cooler.  Haven't touched FSB settings....I think they're still at 200.

    Re: AMD X2 Temp check

At normal room temp, mine (3600+ x2 Brisbane, Oc'd 3.1Ghz) is 40 idle and 60-68 full load.  At night when temp drops, I get around 36 idle and 58-60 full load (links below for some screenshots).

Idle temp     full load using Prime95

EDIT:  For vcore, fsb, mem, etc pls click on CPUZ below.

.... hurm... somone who has broken the 300mhz FSB barrier... i might want to have a chat with you since i have yet to get my machien to boot at anything over 300mhz... but then again i am keeping the memory strapped down to 4-4-4-12.... hurm...

and thanks for the temps, looks like this All in one unit is doing a fantastic job, just got done with a 8 hours session of Mass effect w/ everthing crank and 100% CPU load the entire time and i never saw anything over 52*C

I think you can push for more.  Your CPUZ shows you have not driven your sticks yet above normal (400 Mhz).  Raise your fsb slowly and if there's a "RAM drive settings" or an "on-die term resistance" selection on your Abit's bios, use them.  One particular setting is the "memory access (MA) drive strength".  I set mine to "weak" (a weak signal is less likely to cause noise and less desruptive to the neighboring cells).  Or, you can adjust the termination resistance lower to 50 (default is 75 ohms) and experiment with RAM drive and voltage settings.  These parameters can help a non-OC rated memory stick perform better beyond its SPD rating.  If you don't have above bios tweaks, I guess that's how far you can go.
