Them Gigabytes are extra long, 12 x 9.6, and its been my experience building with them that they need a case with 7 PC slots. That would place the 7th slot along where the AC line comes in. You may want to make sure it'll fit. If it does, at the least, the Ac plug will be right over the edge of the board, where there isnt anythign of note sticking up. But that plug line is pretty low, and it may run right into all your FP / USB / connectors.
Rest looks goood, even with the Scythe HSF looks like you picked a good one to fit.
