HELP WINDOWS XP MCE 2005!!!

    HELP WINDOWS XP MCE 2005!!!

    Hey guys i just bought a new mobo and i finally got everything together for my custom pc. I go to boot up windows xp media center edition 05 and i have to activate it well ok sounds easy enough. i try hooking up my internet and doing it online but it says it cant connect to the network? so i tryed calling to get the activation code and i get the code but the that doesnt end up working either! I tried customer service but i could understand half the words the guy was saying it kept breaking up I have no idea what to do.

    Windows XP MCE 2005 is off my Dell E521 that i purchased in dec. of 2006 does that have anything to do with it?

    Right you are it won't work but on your dell.
