I was just curious if anyone else has had problems ordering games from newegg.  Here is my story.  A few weeks ago my friend ordered two games from newegg.  After about 5 days he still hadnt received an email stating that they were shipped, he eventually ended up cancelling.  A few days ago my brother ordered a game and never received an email stating the game was shipped, but he still received the package.  On saturday I ordered a game from newegg.  That night my girlfriend ordered some computer parts for me for christmas :).  Anyway she received an email yesterday stating that the order has been shipped and that she will receive the package on wednesday.  I still have not received an email stating my package has been shipped, i guess i would help if i did the live support on newegg,but i was just curious if anyone else has had this problem before i do.  The shipping of computer parts is amazing on newegg, but for some reason games dont seem to be shipped as well.

i just talked to newegg and apparently the package has been shipped, weird that i have not received an email yet.  Also ups says the package is 7 pounds.  I ordered tiger woods 2007 for the xbox 360, hopefully it is the right package lol.

Newegg has had a problem recently with the package update system.

I have recieved several packages from Newegg that were still on step 3.

One other thing to take into consideration is sometimes software is actually shipped from the vendor.  I actually had 3-day shipping turn into 4 day shipping due to this.  I have also noticed that a lot of the time NEWEGG doesn't get the shipping info from that vendor right away so you can actually get the product before you get the shipping confirmation e-mail.
