FYI,
When you are not logged in and you try to enter a forum, you might get a sign that says:
You do not have permissions to perform the requested action.
This happens because you MUST login/register to view the contents of that forum.
If you are already logged in, these forums will show a lock on them. However,
they are not locked. They show a lock because they are not viewable by
all people.
