I would be very interested in hearing if anyone else has had any problems with access, use, add to cart, click here to browse deals, pages failing to load or so slowly page closed; or any other features not working since the newly designed webpage went up. Especially the week-end of July 21st & July 22nd or July 23rd. Especially anything related to inability to add items to cart, then continue to shop and have item lost, removed out of cart?  Customer Service and webmaster don't seem to take issue seriously? I would like to hear back from anyone who has problems of any kind with the newly designed site especially over the past 2 weeks?

I didn't really know the first web site design, since im new to newegg, but i have noticed some times the page will take a very long time to load, and sometimes, the page failed to load....and since this happened at the worst possible time, i wasn't able to get an order in, as i was scared it would go through, but since it didn't send me to the next page, it might not go through...i now have to wait for the thermal grease to get here before i can put my computer together......but as i said, i don't know if it was because of the new design, or just an over loaded server, or what

I would really like to know when they get it up again. 

I haven't experienced these problems, but I have seen slower performance. I absolutely hate the new design. I don't hate it because it's new, I hate it because it's a more cumbersome listing. How the heck do I sort listings by price now without doing a new search? I used to be able to do a "power search", then click on the "price" column to set price by ascending or descending order. I can't find a way to do that conveniently now.

I wonder if they will have a old.newegg.com website or something.

They aren't gonna spend the money and time to manage two separate websites. Doesn't even make sense...
