Well the punishment for me was they put a hold on my account and I had to wait 60 days until my car would go active again. Well I was mad but I agreed and they told me 10/20 and you will be fine. So they slapped a late fee and I had to start all over again on the 60 day. Well I told them that it wasn't right because I made the payment when I was suppose to but newegg failed to take the payment.&amp;nbsp; Well they said well your date that will release the funds would be 11/20 and I told them are you sure because it seemed like every customer service rep I would talk to would give me a different date. Well they told me yes and to help me out to go ahead and scedule a payment and that would promise me no problems. Well I go ahead and do what they said and I ended up paying the bill two days early. Well today is the 11/20 and I call up and ask them about it and they said well it showing here that it won't be released unti 12/20 and even then it could be upwards until january before I can get my card to be released.!!!! I don't get it I do what they ask and they keep giving me the run around. I love newegg and for one simple mistake they punish me like this? I've made my payment online when i was suppose to and it seems like they try to find any problem to keep me from using my card. &lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;b&gt;Late Shipments&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Shipments that do not arrive within their scheduled time frame (4-7 business days) are late. This is a lapse in service, regardless of whether it is caused by Newegg or the shipping courier. For these issues, you can contact &lt;A href="http://www.newegg.com/HelpInfo/CustomerService.aspx" target=_blank target="_blank"&gt;Customer Service&lt;/a&gt;, and they will do everything they can to make amends. Bear in mind that weekends are &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; business days, and are not included in the shipping time frame. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

While we love to exceed service standards in this way, it has set a high standard for our transit times that Egg Saver shipping does not match up with.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Egg Saver is budget shipping, and is only used for small and lightweight items. Transit time is 7 business days, and it often does take that long before delivery. While we hear the points made by those who do not like this service, there is another group -- a less vocal one -- who uses this service for small products that they do not require urgent delivery for. These customers have told us that they enjoy the savings provided by Egg Saver shipping, and use it frequently for orders that do not require a timely delivery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Get rid of Egg Saver/DHL!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;If we removed Egg Saver shipping entirely, we would be taking this service option away from customers who use it and accept the defined transit times. For more urgent orders, we recommend upgrading to a UPS or FedEx service, or combining more items together in the order (once an order surpasses a certain weight, the shipping method will automatically change to UPS).&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That said, there are two ways to circumvent Egg Saver shipping, if you really, really despise it:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.)&amp;nbsp; Pay for UPS 3-Day shipping&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.)&amp;nbsp; Buy a greater quantity of the item, or add another (heavier, larger) item to the order -- if all items have "free shipping", the method will change to UPS 3-Day automatically, and you will still get free shipping.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Common Complaints&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Quite a few of the following complaints have been made regarding Egg Saver shipping; please note that according to the shipping terms, these situations are not outside the service agreement, and will not be addressed by EggXpert staff or Mods/Ubers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Egg Saver shipping has failed, because my product has not arrived yet, even though 7 business days have not yet elapsed.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;According to the tracking number, my shipment was at a hub within X miles of my house, before DHL/USPS routed it to another city 100 miles away. This is inefficient (but 7 business days have not yet elapsed since my order shipped).&lt;/li&gt;

So I had a friend stay home all day to wait for the packages, but no UPS came , event hough they said that the packages were delivered on the front door... That never happen... &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;So I started three different claims with newegg the very same day the packages were marked as "delivered", on 11/2/2009... I have been told to wait 7-10 B days ... So I did ... &lt;P&gt;I don't know if this is just me or if its happening to other people, but&amp;nbsp;every other time&amp;nbsp;I move stuff into my cart from wishlist, I am automatically logged out of my account.&amp;nbsp; What makes it worse is that if I try to log in with stuff already in the cart (i.e. the result of the above situation), I get sent repeatedly to the login screen with the security code and can't log in.&amp;nbsp; I've tried all the suggestions on the page (enable cookies, enable javascript, etc.), but I've found the only way to get logged back in is to close the browser, return, remove everything from the cart, close the browser again, then log in and hope moving stuff from a wishlist doesn't cause the process to repeat.&amp;nbsp; It's really annoying and it only seems to happen in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;

My first time ordering from newbegg and I wondered why my order just sat in "processing" for the past 3-4 days. So, gave them a call and apparently they had not approved the order simply because nobody is at my house (the phone# on the credit card) to anser the phone. OK..so you sat on my order for 3 days and I figured that was fine just a mix up I won't get p****d. When all was said and done, there was no way I would be able to be at home the next 2 weeks because of work, so they decided to tell me to take a hike with my $4300 order. Wow, I wish my own business was making so much money I could afford to turn away that kind of money. I mean they had me there on the phone and I could verify every bit of account info if asked, but they simply refused. I even had my cell number as a secondary number. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I heard alot of good things and was looking forward to becoming a loyal customer. You know, the only one in the whole family that knows anything about PC's... so when there is a problem, sure as the sun rises in the east, I get a phone call. If your reading this, on this forum, then I'm sure a good majority of you can relate!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Last year I fixed my sister's PC up, cleaned out all the dust, got rid of massive amounts of crud on her PC that was slowing it down, installed some free virus protection, firewall, defragged, did all the windows updates.... basically a much needed tune up. It took me hours as she has never done anything since she owned it. Now, when I was doing all of this, I also showed her how to defrag, update the virus protection and do periodic matinence to keep it running good.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyway, My sister calls me up last week.. she got a virus from facebook (surprise, surprise). I ask her "Is your Virus protection up to date?" .. silence on the other end..."Where do I look to see?" she responds. Now I know that she didnt even listen to a word I said last year and hasnt done a darn thing to keep the PC running good. So I buckle down for yet another long phone conversation.. giuding her through all the steps.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This virus she got was one of those bogus "Virus Scan" things that pop up every two minutes. I told her "Do not click it".. then explained to her it is a fake. Now I walk her through the steps of fixing her PC. Then she asks" That thing popped up again... should I click it now?"...... Ok, at this point I start to lose my patience. "No.. wern't you even listening?" I replied in an exasperating voice! Three hours later.. yes three friggin hours, her PC is fixed. I then scolded her for not keeping up with the PC. Then I realize that I just ate up all my cell phone minutes in the process... ARG!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, I guess she felt bad and overheard me on occasion talking about NewEgg. So she went online and purchased a gift certificate for me from the Egg. She emailed me to let me know that I should expect an email from NewEgg about the certificate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A few days had passed and no email.. so I called my sister and told her that I never received the Gift Certificate. I also told her it was not nessisary.. even though she drives me nuts, she is still my sister. So She called NewEgg to find out why I never got it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;NewEgg's response... But wait he gets out of the truck with one small box?? &amp;nbsp;Yep, you guessed it, the wall mount shipped from NJ and the TV shipped from CA and only one made it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So i figured hey no big deal its happened before i bet it shows rescheduled delivery because the package got hung up an extra day somewhere and i promptly logon to check it out. &amp;nbsp;Well the tracking number for the TV shows that it hasn't been scanned since Oct 31st out in CA, some unload scan.... Please try again later."So from my past few years of shopping experiences with newegg,they had been great to deliver my shipments in a 2-3 days,I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this little technical problem here as I dont want my shipment to arrive without my knowledge of the delivery date then putting me a situation which I have to pick it up from a&amp;nbsp;USPS site or the like.&lt;/P&gt;

I couldn't use my credit card back then because it had an expiration date that was between the time I ordered and the time Windows 7 comes out- so it was refused, and I had to use a money order. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Newegg had no problem holding my money order (which doesn't expire, btw) for over 3 months, but now that we are weeks away from having Windows 7 shipped out, they send me back my money order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was told by Newegg staff that they can't process payments until an order is available. Yet when I ordered, it quite clearly said, "We must receive your payment within 7 days of the day you placed your order, or your order will be cancelled." Not wanting to miss out on the discounted pre-order pricing, I immediately sent out a money order. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was told by Newegg staff to mail them back the money order when the order is available.
