It interprets the BSOD crash data and displays exactly the files or programs that caused the crash like the drivers, or DLL’s.

I find this very helpful for me because sometimes when working on peoples computers, they tell me they experienced a BSOD but I can’t see the information that it showed them during the crash because they rebooted the computer after the crash. So with this tool, it picked up every BSOD crash data record in their system and displayed it to me so I can see what caused it so I can fix it.

An alarm clock and a cellphone alarm just don't seem to do enough. I even tried placing my cellphone on top of a high shelf away from my bed so I'd have to walk across the room to turn it off. It's pretty easy to do that and fall right back into bed.

I leave my computer on nearly all the time, so I was thinking I might be able to find a program that might work as a better alarm clock. I'm sure somebody's thought up something clever that takes a bit more effort to shut off than hitting a button. Maybe something where I have to type a few short sentences or something to shut off the alarm clock? Anything that gets me up and onto the computer will probably drive me to check my e-mail and the other usual sites long enough to wake me up for the day.

Anyone know of a program like this? I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world that can't get up in the morning but has an always on PC near his bed that might do the trick.

Disk Imaging Soft: Acronis True Image 2010?

I would like to get it but am scared as 2009 didn't seem to work with everybody.
At home I use my desktop computer for work and school. But now I want to start using my laptop for the same thing at a public hot spot. That means I'll be going on the Internet via wi-fi on a daily basis. I understand that when it comes to safe surfing a VPN is something a security concious person should set up on their laptop, the first choice experienced wi-fi surfers opt to use to combat packet sniffers. Is that true? If so, can you recommend the name of a good VPN? And will the VPN slow down my surf sessions at all as opposed to a hard wired connection?

It runs XP and it was in sad shape when I got a hold of it. After I did all I could I see I need to run the recovery disk. First problem eMachine no longer offers a disk for this machine.Next I am going to do a clean install with a copy of xp from my computer.I go into the bio's to get it to boot from the disk and I can not get A +sign in front of the CD drive or remove the + from the other components.

I had hope the original recovery disk would simply load but when I could not get one I went into the bio's I found that I could not boot from the CD drive any way.

Am I done? Or is there A trick with the eMachines to get it to boot from the drive? I may get another disk from another eMachine and just try it to see if it works. As you can tell by now I am grabbing at straws.Even if I just am told how to get the bio's setting to work.I will have learned some thing.

My experience with repair is a c+.I do it for fun (Some fun). This one has me.I know how it is suppose to work,Just not this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
