E. I get stuff overnight by UPS ground from NJ distribution. WHY would I want to waste time and money in a car picking stuff up?

I personally think shipping is fast enough, but I suppose if a will call center showed up within 20 or so miles, I would probably use it. I put Austin as the nearest major city, but I could see a small chance of Killeen getting its own center if they were to start making those, since it is connected to Fort Hood (the largest military base in US... or is it largest in the world?). It would be a nice option, but I have never had an issue with shipping in the past other than occasionally getting impatient with Egg Saver shipping, but I noticed my most recent purchase with Egg Saver (8 days after my one before that which used UPS) was suddenly using DHL/USPS instead of UPS/USPS and it seems to have cut off a business day in the overall time it takes (which in my case means not having to wait through the weekend).

I think the biggest benefit would be if they had will call centers that accepted returns for defective products. That would give newegg a huge advantage over other online retailers in my opinion, less time waiting for shipping the product for your refund/replacement.

I too answered Shipping is fast enough. Having the shipping point in New Jersey means that next day air is not a necessity since everything by UPS is next day from the greater New York, New Jersey metro area. If there was an NewEgg retail center, I would love that. I miss the old CompUSA where I could browse for stuff. Microcenter is too far away in Cambridge, and Frye's doesn't exist up here. NewEgg for me is the best for parts, the only thing is I have to wait instead of being able to get the parts right away.
