There is no "on average"... Either it will or it won't..

Since that card pulls all it's power from the mobo, the power requirements of the card is less than 30 watts, which means that any 350 watt PSU can run that card easily as long as you don't have 6+ hard drives or something that you need to power in addition to the card..

On average, would a 400 watt PSU, or maybe even a 350 watt PSU run this card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131084&cm_sp=MyNewegg-_-RctViewDC-_-Pst02Descrip The CPU is a 45 watt dual core, there's 4 gigs of 800 ddr2 ram, and a SATA HDD.
