Not Long ago I just rebuilt my entire computer and one of the things i got is a pure HD graphics card with hdmi output. I had to change my monitor from a 720i to a 1080p because the new gts only puts out progressive signal. The problem I am having is that every time i put 1920x1080 on my monitor in DMT format is crates a excellent image but it gets so big i only can see a total of 2 inches of my desktop .
When i mess around with some of the setting i can get it to fit the screen but it looks horrible. Atm im running 1808x1016 on DMT and its working but it has a 1:3 pixel ratio killing my smooth edges and its over the screen on the left and right by alot.
my vizio is a VA26L - it is the 1080p version, my problem is that i cant find any information about it at all. so I don't have any details. Not even powerstrip can read a feedback from the tv itself.
Thanks for helping my on this problem.
http://www.vizio.com/va26lhdtv10t.html (I don't think this is the same but its the closest i can get)
runs over the 1336x768 native and will not accept that so its not native as noted.
If the pixel mapping hits 67.50khz it jumps to the quality but spans to big.
