Replacing 2xGTX 260's in SLI - But with what?

Replacing 2xGTX 260's in SLI - But with what?

So I've got two EVGA GTX 260's (Core 216) running in SLI currently, and I'm looking to do an upgrade. For now, I'm going for a single card, and wondering what to go to. My replacement will have to have DX 11 support. I've been looking at the GTX 470 and the ATI 6870 as possibles, but don't know if they will give me better performance. I can't play Dragon Age 2 at my screens max resolution, 1920x1080, without completely turning off any AA and AF, and reducing some detail levels to get acceptable framerates.

Realistaclly, can I find a single card solution for a replacement at $300 or less that will give me the DX 11 support and equal or better preformance?
