I agree with Hoghauler, that Powertek power supply is junk. I'm glad you posted on here before you made the mistake of buying that.
however, Hoghauler, he did say that he was looking for a PSU under $50. While those are excellent power supplies that you linked, they do certainly cost a good deal more than $50, even after the rebate.
Currently, the Antec earthwatts EA430 430watt power supply is on sale on newegg for $35. That's a high quality seasonic-made power supply, with high efficiency and a quiet cooling system. It should definitely be able to handle your system. If you'd like to read more about it, JonnyGuru.com has a good Antec Earthwatts review up.
Or, if you want more power, and if you're willing to spend a bit over the $50 price you mentioned, the OCZ StealthXStream 600watt power supply is currently on sale at newegg for $54 w/ free shipping. That's a great power supply, and according to testing of that same 600watt model at HardwareSecrets.com, it's actually able to supply about 728watts of power, amazingly enough.
Really though, you don't need all that much wattage to run your computer. Your CPU draws 65watts, your GPU runs at 110watts, optical drive: 25 watts, hard drive: 10watts, and motherboard: 50watts. Throw in an extra 50watts to cover cooling, RAM, and other PCI cards, and you get a total max-draw wattage of only 310watts. So, that Antec Earthwatts could certainly handle your computer. However, if you plan to do heavy overclocking, or put in another graphics card(crossfire setup), then you'd probably want to step up to that OCZ StealthXStream 600watt. $54 is certainly a good price for that PSU, although it has recently been on sale for as low as $40 w/ free shipping. Also, the Antec Earthwatts 500watt PSU was on sale for $30 a little while ago. But, if you need to get a power supply now, and can't wait for a better deal to come around, get either the OCZ StealthXStream or the Antec Earthwatts.
