long as ur disk is not defragmented, and the system is working regularly, this will work
1. start - run - regedit
2. HEKEY——LOCAL——MACHIME/SOFTWARE/microsoft/WINDOWS/ CURRENTVERSION/EXPLORER/DESKTOP/NAMESPACE
3. on the blank field click New - Key - name it with "645FFO40——5081——101B——9F08——00AA002F954E"
4. then set the key assignments of the default key as Recycle Bin, exit regedit, restart ur computer, done "D
