    Acer Aspire Gemstone Blue AS6920-6141

    Hello from Louisiana.  I am new to Eggxpert.com  I am interested in purchasing the new Gemstone Blue notebook line from Acer.  I was wondering if anyone here had one of these yet, and what is your opinion of it?  I can be reached at kjvella@msn.com  Thanks.

    Acers work pretty well, then again, everything works better then dells... such as the one below.

    That looks like either where the HDD or optical drive sat. But in the article it claims to be the laptop battery did this, now I don’t know how it did it considering all batteries in a Dell laptop are in the rear.

    That laptop may have had a hot swap media bay that could hold a secondary battery.  That was pretty common in Dell's Latitude line.  Would explain the seemingly odd position of the hole.
