    cheap sound card

    Im looking for a cheap sound card for a older computer

     

    doesnt have to have anything fancy (the computer is only a Pentium III and 400MB ram)

    the card that came with it doesnt have XP drivers so its useless right now

    just need some kind of way to output sound

     

    I was looking at this

    would that be fine?

     

    again, nothing fancy, just the basic that works under XP

    yeah that should be fine. hurts my ears just by looking at it, onboard audio these days probably sounds better than that.
