    Any reccomendations for my final build?

    After a couple months of planning, my Quad Core build is finally complete. If anyone has any suggestions that would make this computer better, but won't completely shatter my already cracking budget, please post here. Big Smile

    Ok, I made a change in my build. I decided to go with a ''single'' XFX 9800GX2 Black Edition. It is the best of the 9800GX2's I believe. Also, to run quad-sli, I found out that you have to run Vista, which I am not a fan of. Big Smile

    Vista isn't that bad...in fact, I find it a lot easier to use and more stable than XP (I don't have any old software so I don't have any compatability problems). As long as you deactivate UAC it's fine

    As for quad SLI, I'm slightly against it. You are using 4 GPUs and no matter how many fans you have, it's going to get hot.

    Yea, my main beef about Vista is the frame rate reduction in games. I mean, DX10 is cool and all, but i would rather have pretty cool looking games at high frame rates than having really cool looking games at low frame rates. Instead of Vista, I use XP MCE.
