Dual monitor setup

    Dual monitor setup

    I need to setup dual monitors for my wifes computer - she does 3D design. I've got a XFX 9800 GTX video card and two Acer 19" widescreen monitors. But I have no idea even where to start.  She wants to be able to look at a drawing on one monitor while looking at an order or specs sheets on the other.

    Any help appreciated.

    You could right click on the desktop > Properties > Settings.  Click on Monitor 2 that's greyed out, and check the box that says "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" Then hit apply, and then adjust the resolution, and hit okay.

    If this is the first time that you set dual screen, here’s a detailed instruction for you to follow. Including check system before installation, how to set, and what to do if things don’t work. Hope it helps~
