A while back, I had used Microsoft Virtual Server to create an image of a hard drive (piece by piece, every detail of it) as a .vhd, and then mounted it in windows as if it were a real hard drive.

It's been so long though I don't remember how to. Can someone please jog my memory? I'm using MS Virtual server 2005 R2 SP1.

I asked a different forum and they were able to help me, and I was able to do what I wanted to do.

Well, I got it somewhat working, but the dang administration site won't work. It won't load in internet explorer (loads for infinity, while multiple "Internet Explorer has stopped working" windows keep popping up every 30 seconds or so). In firefox it loads, but it's broken. Links don't work and I can't input anything. (http://127.0.0.1/VirtualServer/VSWebApp.exe)
