 A quick thought. How to change the article written in capital letters into one with small letters? Is there any software that can handle this?

This question is raised coz my friend's sister works as a customer service. She sometimes receives emails written in capital letters, which would cost some time to read and kinda sucks. So...she's wondering whether there's any software that can change capital articles into small letters automatically?!

Any ideas? Any inputs are highly appreciated. thanks in advance. XD 

It's very easy to write such an application..  If it's really helpful to her, I could write you one.. I'm surprised such a simple application doesn't already exist somewhere.

It supports rich text, so you can copy & paste websites into it also. It requires the .NET framework which you can get through Windows updates.
