Does this look like a Crysis bug?

Been hammering away at Crysis for a month or two now, and something weird is happening. I'm starting to see more and more subtle bugs. There's always been the guns and guys after they die, hitting the floor and shaking like they was having an epileptic fit, but those are the norm, in my game anyways.

So today, I get into the cemetary , and ice the 4 snipers with Nano suits, as I run to the aircraft, I look up and the two pilots are like standing up erect!!!! not doing anything, just standing there looking all Herman Munster-ish.

Anybody else get this and did the patch fix it?

    See for yourself:

    See what I mean?

I never seen that one before when playing Crysis and that was with out the patch. Looks funny though. You might want to get the patch though it does fix most things for bugs and video like SLI enabled.

ah, I wish I could, I bought a European version on Ebay, and it won't take the patch. It's all legit and stuff, but for some reason, the specific version I got is picky. I got it real nic price though, so I', not complaining.

    NP Pen

Well I hope that it works you have the Euro ver of it and that’s the patch so it should unless it reads a machine ID with in the code?

LOL sorry about that there is also bit torrent as well. and yes that would be legal since all you are Downloading is a patch for a legal game. I done it before and now some companies like EA are doing it too so that it does not overwhelm the servers.

    Ok let me know.

Re: Does this look like a Crysis bug?

I think there's diff european versions. The guy I bought mine off of, travels to Vienna, and nearby and brings all kinds of stuff back and hawks it on the Bay. When I got this copy, he sent me directions of how to cut throw the Russian and switch the language over the English. I looked into it when I got it, and its legit, but I dont think Crytek was really thrilled about it. They told me I'd probably have support issues with future updates. Hey, guys gotta do what hes gotta do right? LOL.

In any case, check out my latest still:

Freakin guy looks like hes nappin! LOL

Re: Does this look like a Crysis bug?

I've seen this in other games before, don't have Crysis to compare though sorry.

Usually it's a game bug issue where the models get hung up some how and their animations just turn off so it's just the 3D maniquin standing in the default position. I'm guessing it has to do with the physics.

Usually the only way to fix was to wait for a patch....but yeah I'd say you got a bug which is no doubt related to the fact you have a strange version and have not patched.

    That's what she said...
