OC Q9450 with Asus P5N-T Deluxe

I want to O.C. my Q9450 to 3.2 or 3.4 but my issue is about the Vcore volts.... whats the sweet spot???

I tried on default volts and gave me a blue screen, so I dont want to play a lot with it until I hear some advices.

If you have an over clocked Q9450 please post your best results. Thanks

The voltage range for that processor is 0.85V – 1.3625V.

Whenever I overclock, I never go above recommended voltages. Hopefully you have an aftermarket cooler.

Yes I have Zerotherm NV-120 Premium

My problem is that I dont know from what point to start trying.... I just dont know what DEFAULT Vcore value is.

Voltages will vary depending on CPU and OC. I'm at 1.39V @ 3730 and memory at 1117 pasted all stability tests.

Isnt it 1.39V a bit high???

What program reads the true temps?

I tried 3.2GHZ 1.3v and works fine on wondows... but after 30min playing it froze

It works fine at 3.0
