Anyone have any experience with these?

I plan on getting a desktop replacement lappy soon and will be using an external monitor, keyboard and mouse. I want a one connection solution as it will be used at home 98% of the time. So I started looking into Docking Stations and Replicators. I have to use a generic one from what I understand because I'm getting a Compal/Sager lappy.

I can get a Belkin high speed USB 2.0 Docking station with my lappy, but I've read everywhere that those are awful. Plus the lappy people want $137 for it!

After looking and looking and looking I finally ran across this one that I was able to look into:

Anyone have any experience with this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834999239

Thanks for your opinions and suggestions.

Seems to work with XP, not vista (honestly, is anyone surprised by that?) I would grab it, if it doesn't work, send it back. The egg is great with RMA's.

Thanks for responding. I will never convert to Vista or anything else from Microsoft after that for that matter. I will be running XP on the lappy.
