We are in the process of integrating new features of our site with our parent site Newegg.com. As of now we cannot get inot the details of what is to come but rest assured we know all you EggXperts will LOVE it. What we are asking of you is to update your email address information with EggXpert to match the email address that you have on file with Newegg.com. If you are a member of EggXpert and do not have an account with Newegg then you have nothing to worry about for the time being.

Please Note: If you do not have a Newegg account, we recommend that you create one in the not so distant future so you will not miss out on the features to come.

I assume this is why the newegg storefront is down today? Bummer. I hope the new version is cool enough to make me wait for ordering more components.

Newegg site is finally back online now for me, but it's painfully slow. Sites from all over the world are just fine for me, so it's definitely specific to Newegg or Internet points near Newegg's servers. However, eggxpert is fast.

I completely agree.  Some sort of small "spiff" is always nice for being a contributor/active participant in the xpert forum.  Sadly if it is done by ranking/amount of posts I will get nothing, but I appreciate all the fine folks in here that have made virtually millions of posts in way or another, I have gained much knowledge in here and been helped out of many sticky situations from their knowledge.  To name them all by name would take hours, but they know who they are.  They deserve some sort of "gift" if you will from NE.  (i.e. free shipping, constant 1% discount etc...)  It is just nice to be appreciated, even if it is small, it is the thought and consideration that counts. 

Hope NE makes a program like this
