I do not like where the Networking thread is now.

I would like to see that whole "products" section on the "forums" page, sorted by alpha, the sub-topics can be left alone until that page is opened, then they too, should be sorted by alpha [I think the "subs" are all sorted].  The threads of course should remain as they are, in date order.  This should be done to All the sections, really.

Hi guys. Thank you for the feedback, we really do appreciate it. Alphabetizing the forums within each group is definitely a consideration, but we may look at descending order of importance first; for example, always having the computer hardware section at the top of the list. We are always open to suggestions, though.

Visibility and keeping things simple is one of our main concerns, as well. For instance, we want someone coming over from surfing Newegg to easily identify the product discussions. The Networking forum isn't a main category on the Newegg page, but we do know of its importance and popularity on EggXpert. Right now, we are trying to see if it can be made a subforum, perhaps under Home & Office or Computers. The exact order of the forums is still being worked on, so the Computers section may soon be moved into the second slot. What does everyone think specifically and in general?
