Currently in the market for a new i7 build and had been shopping at TigerDirect until your MKTBDAY 10% of everything special popped up.
I spent a few hours, going through all of your products and selecting out exactly what I wanted...
All looked good in the shopping cart, but when I get to the checkout process the proper discount doesn't seem to be applied???
1. I have cleared cookies, temp int. files, and restarted the computer.
2. I have tried on a seperate desktop
This issue just keeps happening.
Below are the screenshots. The first screenshot is what the shopping cart says, and the second screenshot is what the checkout says.
As you can see the proper discount of $136.19 has been applied to the final total which states $1321.77 (incl tax and ship)
Now below you can see the checkout process.
It's only giving me credit for it seems the first two items? $27.50? When the discount should actually be $136.19 as marked above. I'd really like to spend this $1300 on a system through NewEgg but not if they cannot offer this 10% on ALL items discount.
With the special closing tomorrow, I'd like to get this squared away... No phone support on weekends has also left a bad taste in my mouth.
NewEgg, prove me wrong! Make me a believer!
