Mobo dead? after 3 years, need an upgrade, advice?

So yeah..  After about 3 years of my xfx 650i ultra mobo, it just died on me.  It doesn't do the startup beep or anything like that.  No video either.  So i'm going to just replace the mobo and keep everything else.

Heres a link to what i have  MOBO w/ a core 2 duo in it.

So i was looking @ some mobos and i'm willing to spend around the 150- range.   Here's what i saw that i might like

As for right now, i might be getting this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358

What do you people out there think?  or have any other suggestions on what i should get.

Looks good. That mobo seems to be real reliable from the reviews. Go for it.

Gigabyte makes quality MBs, just go and get it. You will love it for its capabilities and stability.

What? you put a mobile processor into a desktop motherboard? You must give the wrong link.

anyway, any P 45 motherboard will fit the bill and supports Intel C2D. A P43 seems better.
