Windows 2000 Atom 330 945 Chipset

I am having trouble with Windows 2000 startup on Intel 945GCLF2. The board is Atom 330 with 945 chipset. I am pretty sure it is a driver problem and BIOS incompatibility. There are other Atom 330 boards from Jetway and Asus. Does anyone have any real experience in installing W2K on Jetway and Asus boards. If so, please post your experience. Did it install? Did the software startup without trouble? Thanks. Garen.
