A good 1080p projector for under $2,000?

Does anyone out there have a good sub-$2,000 1080p projector that they'd recommend? I am looking at doing a projector upgrade sometime soon, and would like to hear some suggestions about what people think is the right bang for the buck in the 1080p category. I don't really care if it's DLP or LCD, so long as it looks good.
